At DJS & K Handcrafted, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Orders for In Stock Items are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Custom items will require additional time—please check product details for estimated processing times.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
  • Orders will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage® unless expedited shipping is selected
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • We do ship to PO Boxes and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders shipped to these addresses will be sent via USPS only. FedEx and UPS will not be used for PO Box or military addresses.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-4 business days

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at djskhandcrafted@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
