🐾 ORDER & SHIPPING

Q: When will my order ship?
A: If your item is in stock, it ships within 1–2 business days. Custom orders typically take 2–3 days to make, and then ship the next business day. We use USPS Ground Advantage — transit is usually 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
A: Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders shipped to these addresses will be sent via USPS only. FedEx and UPS will not be used for PO Box or military addresses.

This ensures the most reliable delivery for these locations.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time — we currently only ship within the United States.

Q: How does the free surprise bandana work?
A: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more (before discounts) qualify for a free surprise bandana valued up to $15. The bandana will be selected by us and matched to the size ordered. Prints may vary and are typically one-of-a-kind or retiring styles.

🧵 PRODUCTS & CARE

Q: What materials are your products made from and how do I care for them?
A:

  • Bandanas are made from 100% cotton. Fabric is pre-washed and dried to pre-shrink prior to construction. Finished bandanas are machine washable and tumble dry low.
  • Paracord collars are made from nylon paracord and are washable.
  • Snuffle mats and snuffle balls are made from fleece (polyester). Both are machine washable; however, we recommend air drying rather than tumble drying.
  • Crochet items are made from acrylic and/or cotton yarn and are machine washable and tumble dry low.

Please note: All colors may fade or bleed slightly over time with washing, regular wear, and sun exposure.

Q: What if a collar or bandana doesn’t fit?
A: Bandanas and collars made to your measurements may be exchanged if they are returned clean and unworn, and if materials/colors are still available. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any additional charges.

🐶 CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Will I see my custom item before it ships?
A: Yes! We automatically send photos of completed custom items before shipping so you can see your piece before it heads your way — no need to request photos.

Q: What if I need help measuring my dog?
A: Contact us with your dog’s neck measurement, breed, and a photo of your dog’s neck and shoulders, and we’ll be happy to help confirm the correct size.

A: All items are individually handcrafted in Central Kentucky using U.S.-sourced components whenever possible.

Q: How can I share my dog’s photos?
