Question: Are the collars adjustable?
Answer:  The quick release buckle collars are a fixed size, custom made to fit YOUR dog.  However, I plan to make Adjustable Collars as well as Martingale Collars with either a 2 inch opening or a 4 inch opening in the near future.  The Martingale Collar tightens when the dog pulls on the leash. 

Question:  What if the collar does not fit?
Answer: The collar is made based off of your measurements. If it is too big you can mail it back and I will make can make it smaller, however, if it's too small it can NOT be returned for a refund.  It can be exchanged for a new collar, IF the colors are still available, and if the original clean, unworn collar is returned.  Buyer will be responsible for postage to return original collar as well as any additional charges for the replacement collar.  Email us for further details if collar doesn't fit.

Question: I have a Giant Breed Dog.  Do you make collars or bandanas that large?
Answer:  Yes.  Contact us with the measurements of your dog's neck, breed, and a picture of your dog's neck, neck and shoulders and we can discuss in more detail.

Question: Is the collar washable?
Answer:  Yes.  The paracord is made of nylon and will have minimal shrink.  We cannot promise the colors will not bleed or fade as different color dies react differently to washing and exposure to the elements.

Question: Is there a guarantee?
Answer:   Yes.  If the collar unravels, you can send it back and we can make a new one, If the buckle breaks or fails expectedly within the first year, contact us to discuss. We may be able make you a new one if the colors are still available.  The product is not guaranteed against your dog (or another dog) from chewing it up or normal wear and tear.  If the snaps fail on a bandana, you can send it back and we can replace the snaps. If snaps on a bandana fail or pull out of the fabric, contact us and we can discuss a return for a repair.

Question: How long does it take for my order to be prepared and mailed out?
Answer: If the bandana is in stock or it's a premade collar, orders ships within 1-2 business days.  Depending on the size of the custom order and the number of custom orders we have to make, it typically takes 2 to 3 days to make a custom item.  Custom items will be mailed within 1 business day after completion.  I use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping.  Mailing time could take from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Note:  I currently only ship within the US.

Question:  Can I see the custom item I ordered before it is mailed out?
Answer: Yes.  I will take a picture of the completed custom item and email it to you before shipping.  

Question:  How can I get a picture of my pet wearing his/her new collar/bandana placed in your Photo Gallery or be featured on your social media pages?
Answer:  Email or private message a picture to me.  We love to see your pet sporting one of our collars or bandanas.

Question:  Where are the bandanas and/or collars made?
Answer:  All items are made in the USA (Central Kentucky) with components purchased in the US. We strive to utilize materials made in the USA and especially from small businesses.
